§1. General
The online shop at exhto.pl is run by [Name / company], [address], tax ID [VAT/NIP], e-mail: [e-mail] (the “Seller”). These terms set out the rules for using the site and buying products and services.
§2. Products & services
The Seller offers: digital products (e-books, ZINE, retreat materials), online yoga & meditation sessions, holistic consultations and physical products (aFFiRM. tees). Descriptions and prices are shown with each product. Prices include applicable taxes.
§3. Orders & payments
You place an order by selecting a product and proceeding to checkout. Payments are handled by the external provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe). The Seller does not store your card data. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed.
§4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered to the e-mail you provide or made available online promptly after payment. Session and consultation times are arranged after purchase (e.g. by picking a slot or by contact). Physical products are shipped to the given address within the time stated with the product.
§5. Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content delivered immediately this right expires if you consent to start before the deadline and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal. See the “refunds” page for details.
§6. Complaints
Submit complaints to [e-mail]. The Seller will respond within 14 days. You may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms (ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
§7. AI assistant “Ask Agnieszka”
The site provides an AI assistant, “Ask Agnieszka”, which generates answers automatically from Agnieszka’s public posts and recipes. The assistant is not Agnieszka or any other natural person. Answers are general and informational, may contain inaccuracies, and do not constitute professional, medical, dietary or legal advice. You use the assistant at your own risk. Data processing in the chat is described in the Privacy Policy.

§9. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The Seller may amend these terms for valid reasons; orders placed earlier are governed by the terms in force at purchase.

The pink bubble in the corner is the EXHTO site’s AI assistant. It answers questions about yoga, plant-based cooking, Ayurveda and everyday rituals using Agnieszka’s posts and recipes and the offer on this site. Below each answer it links the materials it used.
