Digital products (e-book, ZINE, retreat)
Digital content is delivered immediately after payment. By buying, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download/playback begins. If a file doesn’t work or is faulty — write to us and we’ll fix it or refund you.
Yoga sessions & consultations
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the session — we then refund 100% or set a new time. For cancellations later than 24 h the fee may be non-refundable. If I cancel — I always offer a new time or a full refund.
Physical products (aFFiRM. tees)
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. Send the item back unused and intact. We refund the product price (and the cheapest delivery cost) promptly, no later than 14 days from receiving the return or proof of return. Return shipping is covered by the buyer.
How to request a refund or complaint
Write to [e-mail] or via Instagram (@exhto) with your order number and what it concerns. Refunds go back via the same payment method (through Stripe). We handle requests within 14 days.

The pink bubble in the corner is the EXHTO site’s AI assistant. It answers questions about yoga, plant-based cooking, Ayurveda and everyday rituals using Agnieszka’s posts and recipes and the offer on this site. Below each answer it links the materials it used.
